All orders are processed within one to three business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a detailed confirmation email. If there are any unexpected delays due to stock levels or high order volume, our team will contact you immediately with an update.
We deliver both locally and internationally, depending on courier availability and product type. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Local deliveries usually arrive within three to seven business days, while international deliveries may take between seven and twenty-one business days. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs inspections, or weather conditions beyond our control.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details, allowing you to monitor your package at any time. If you do not receive tracking information within five business days, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Ominihealt Store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs processes, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes applied in their country.
