  Refund Policy – OminiHealt Store

At OminiHealt Store, we want you to shop with confidence and satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase of fitness accessories or electronic gadgets, we’re here to help.

We accept returns and offer refunds within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact us at favouranandekur@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Certain items may be non-refundable, including products marked as final sale or digital/downloadable goods. We also do not accept returns for products damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
