At Ominihealt Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with every purchase you make from us. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer an easy and fair return and refund process.
Customers may request a return within 7 to 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error may not qualify for a refund. Some products, such as personal fitness items, electronic accessories, or customized gift hampers, may be non-returnable for hygiene or packaging reasons.
To start a return, please contact our support team at ominihealt@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if applicable. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not accept returns or refunds for items damaged due to misuse, incorrect handling, or after the return period has expired.
